V3 is out, and with it a LOT of revisions (the gameplay tweaks are minor, but substantial). New art (from M. Kirin), new game modes, a worksheet, and separate designer's notes.

Probably about as much as I can fit on the sheet without really re-doing the whole document and squeezing the hexes, and a radical revision would significantly change the game, so... it's probably done for now unless I find something blatantly obvious.

If there is another update soon, it will probably be to add a colorblind-friendly version, and A4 versions, which are something I've had in mind since the start of the project, but am not sure what the best way to accomplish is.
